YOGA Classes

At Gym Club we have Yoga Classes most days of the week. We alternate with Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin & Yang Yoga & Stretching Classes.

Classes are available for both drop-in daily pass members and free for full gym members.

HATHA YOGA

A gentle yoga practice focusing on basic poses and breathing. It helps improve flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a calm and balanced workout.

VINYSAYA YOGA

A dynamic and flowing style of yoga where poses are connected with breath. It builds strength, improves flexibility, and enhances mindfulness through movement.

YIN AND TANG YOGA

A combination of yin yoga’s deep, slow stretches and tang yoga’s active, flowing movements. It helps balance the body, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling both relaxed and energized.
